Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email. For any updates or delays, write to care@cooq.store with your order number and we will sort it out.
Yes, we deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not covered by our delivery partners, we will notify you at the time of checkout.
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, write to care@cooq.store within 12 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.
Sizing & Fit
We recommend measuring your underbust and bust to determine your bra size, and your waist and hips for briefs. Refer to our Size Guide for a detailed measurement chart and fit notes for each collection.
Our pieces are designed with a European-influenced fit philosophy — closer to the body, with structure that holds without constricting. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.
Yes, slightly. Lace and embroidered pieces have a more structured fit, while satin and net styles are more fluid. Each collection page includes specific fit notes to help you choose confidently.
