SHIPPING POLICY


Overview

COOQ delivers across India. Every order is handled with the same care that goes into making the product — packed properly, dispatched promptly, and tracked from our end to yours.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a second email with your tracking details once it is dispatched.

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and phone number. You can use this to track your order in real time.

For any tracking issues write to care@cooq.store with your order number.


Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier partner assigned to your order may vary depending on your pin code and availability.


Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. If the order is returned to us, we will reach out to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.


Currently we ship within India only.

International shipping is not available at this time.
